1. Pricing & Additional Fees

 

All listed artwork prices are for the physical piece only (with professional mounting included). The total price at checkout will include additional charges for:

• Professional packing and handling.

​

• Shipping and transit insurance within the United States.​

​​

• California Sales Tax (applied to all orders shipped within California).

​​​​

2. Dimensions & Authenticity

​​​

• Measurements: All dimensions are provided as X'' Wide by Z'' High (e.g., 13" x 27" or 13" W x 27" H). These figures are approximate and represent the original, mounted artwork in its unframed state.

• Professional Mounting: All artworks are delivered on mounting paper.

​​

• Color Representation: Due to variations in digital displays and monitor calibrations, the colors of the physical artwork will vary slightly from the images viewed online.

• Authentication: Every original painting includes a physical, hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

 

The purchase of a physical artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork (e.g., painting) to you, the buyer. The Artist, Mayee Futterman, retains in perpetuity all copyright and intellectual property rights in artwork. The buyer may not reproduce, scan, or use the image for any commercial purpose without express written permission from the Artist. The Artist retains the right to use the artwork image worldwide, in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever.

4. Limitation of Liability: Buyer Due Diligence

 

The Artist provides the artwork as a finished physical product "as is." The buyer is solely responsible for researching and executing proper care, framing, and environmental display conditions. The Artist is not liable for damage or degradation resulting from improper framing, exposure to UV light, humidity, or general neglect after the item has been delivered.

 

5. Shipping, Damage, & Returns

• Final Sale: As stated in our primary Terms and Conditions, all sales of original artwork and prints are final.

 

• Shipping Damage Claim: Items are shipped insured. If an item arrives damaged, the buyer must notify us at marc@mayeefutterman.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of both the exterior packaging and the damaged artwork to initiate an insurance claim.

6. Sales FAQ

 

• How will my artwork be shipped? All original art is professionally packed and insured. You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

 

• Is the artwork ready to hang? Unless otherwise stated, artwork is provided mounted but unframed. We recommend consulting a professional framer for display.

 

• Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us at marc@mayeefutterman.com for a custom shipping quote for international orders.
